- It is exclusively made from Pinot Noir grapes from our “Les Sec” plot, planted in 1956.
- Pair with a local pâté en croûte (pâté encased in a pastry crust), game, slow-cooked duck, or a selection of cheeses.
- Limited quantities: Only 500 bottles are produced each year.
