AMBONNAY BLANC
Our white Coteaux Champenois Blanc is a RARITY in Champagne. It is made exclusively from PINOT NOIR grapes picked during the 2022 VINTAGE HARVEST.
We vinify it in three distinct containers.
COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS
- It is exclusively made from Pinot Noir grapes from our “Les Sec” plot, planted in 1956.
- A match made in heaven for your most refined dishes: scallop/salmon tartare, Chicken Supreme, quail legs, hard cheeses, or a chocolate fondant.
- Limited quantities: Only 1,000 bottles produced.
