OUR ROOTS
AMBONNAY,
Our village is located southeast of the Montagne de Reims.
Designated as a GRAND CRU, our terroir—characterised by its chalky soils, abundant sunlight, and primarily PINOT NOIR grapes—contributes to the production of top-quality CHAMPAGNES, acclaimed for their elegance and unique character, as well as Ambonnay’s flavourful still wines COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS ROUGE ET BLANC AOC.
The name Ambonnay is believed to originate from the term “bonne haie” (“good hedge”), associated with a magnificent royal forest where the Roman officer Amboniacus planted the first vines.
Spanning 15 hectares, our vineyard is located in Ambonnay.
OUR STORY
B for… BLISS.
B for… the union of the Belhomme and Beaufort families, now united as one: the BRÉMONT family.
B for BIENVENUE to our family winery.
In 1965, our parents, Michèle and Bernard BRÉMONT, established the House we would join in the ‘90s.
B for Les BEURYS, the very first plot our parents planted, which we celebrate with several of our wines.

Thibaut BRÉMONT is a passionate winemaker and the mastermind behind our wines.
